The purpose of this study was to evaluate the trust, awareness, and satisfaction Georgian businesses and the general public have for Georgia’s Revenue Service (RS), its functions and services. The study was funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) as part of the Governing for Growth (G4G) project.
The study was conducted in March 2019 throughout Georgia. The business survey polled individual entrepreneurs (IEs) and small, medium, and large companies about their level of satisfaction with the services offered by the RS. Upon request from the RS, this survey was extended to the general public of Georgia i.e. adult citizens at or above the age of 18. A quantitative study method was applied to collect the required data for both surveys.
